🚴🏼♂️ NOTHING gets my endorphins flowing like an indoor cycling class. There are plenty of spin studios in Dubai and with very good instructors. This morning I tried out CycleBar City Walk with Valeria on Classpass. Spin is my favorite activity, I try to go twice a week and always smash the calories away. My favorites are Surge Body Fitness and The Platform, check them out! One of my favorite yoga teachers is doing her first spin class as well at Crank! All the best @yogabyclare!
✈️ We (my sisters and I) are on our way to Pune, India firstly to visit family, my aging Dadi in particular and secondly for some work. I’m back in a few days and then we’re off to Ubud, Bali for the UAE National Day holidays – for a yoga retreat!
🙏🏽 It’s been a rough patch lately, with many condolences passed on to friends who have lost a dear one. The occasions have become too many, with many old-age related health problems and injuries from accidents. My thoughts and prayers are out there to those who are going through an ordeal.
HEALTH IS THE GREATEST WEALTH, please make good choices every single day.
🧘🏻♂️ I am super excited about my first yoga retreat. I was actually supposed to go for a fitness retreat last month to Sri Lanka which did not work out sadly. Bali came up very shortly after (thanks Universe!) and I get to go with my sisters, one of them a yoga teacher in the making! I can see myself organizing fitness and wellness retreats around the world and that’s the direction I’m moving in! It’s going to be an amazing week of yoga, meditation and connecting with nature. They call Bali the Island of the Gods so I’m going to find out what that’s all about and get you some answers.
It’s been a quiet couple of weeks as the weather has cooled down in Dubai and with everyone posting pictures of clouds and sunsets (you know who you are). I’m looking forward to next month to restart PT sessions with new clients and also spin instructing lessons in a couple of weeks.
Thats it for the year for me, the year has just flown by. Hello 2019!
